Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States
  • All orders are fulfilled from our India warehouse and routed via our New Jersey (NJ) hub before final delivery

Shipping Process & Timeline

  • Orders are shipped in two stages:

    1. International Transit (India to USA):

     

    • Shipments are dispatched via containers leaving every 15 days
    • Estimated transit time: up to 40 days
  • 2. Domestic Handling (USA – NJ Hub):

     

    • Orders arrive at our New Jersey hub for further processing and dispatch
  • Total estimated timeline: up to 40–50 days, depending on the container schedule
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:
    • Container dispatch cycle (timing of order placement)
    • Customs clearance
    • Logistics delays
    • Peak season demand

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing time may vary for:
    • Bulk orders
    • Custom or made-to-order products

Transportation & Trucking

  • At checkout, customers can choose between:
    • Pickup – You can collect your order from one of our designated warehouse locations
    • Transport – We can arrange trucking for your order within the United States
  • Please note:
    • Trucking is not automatically included or optimized by the website
    • Transportation is arranged only upon request
  • Trucking Costs:
    • Applicable only if the “Transport” option is selected
    • Charges depend on:
      • Delivery location
      • Order size and weight
    • This is an additional cost borne by the customer
  • Final trucking charges will be communicated or confirmed separately where required

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order:
    • Is dispatched from our warehouse
    • Reaches the US hub (where applicable)

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information
  • Return-related transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:
    • The product is defective
    • An incorrect item was delivered
