At Mandap Bazaar, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process and timelines.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- All orders are fulfilled from our India warehouse and routed via our New Jersey (NJ) hub before final delivery.
Shipping Process & Timeline
Total estimated timeline: 40–50 days, depending on the container schedule.
1. International Transit (India to USA):
- Shipments are dispatched via containers leaving every 15 days.
- Estimated transit time: up to 40 days.
- Orders arrive at our New Jersey hub for further processing and dispatch.
*Note: Timelines may vary due to customs clearance, container cycles, or peak season demand.
Order Processing Time
- Standard orders: 1–3 business days.
- Bulk or custom/made-to-order products may require additional time.
Transportation & Trucking
At checkout, you may choose between:

| Pickup | Collect from one of our designated warehouse locations. |
| Transport | Trucking arranged within the United States (additional cost). |
Important: Trucking is not automatically included. Charges depend on delivery location, order size, and weight, and will be confirmed separately.
Returns & Help
- Tracking: Shared once dispatched from our warehouse and again upon reaching the US hub.
- Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
